Requirement (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in planning and overseeing overall functions of Materials management as per bill of material in - Interior Construction & MEP Industry entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts etc.
- Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings.
- Attention to details and accuracy, having a strong understanding in inventory and demand management.
- Good Attitude, Strong analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem solving skills.
Requirement (posisi 2):
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Fast learner and Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (is a must)
- Familiar with invoice issuance processes
- Strong administrative and documentation skills, including knowledge of document management systems
- Teamwork skill
Requirement (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction project.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other project management software.
- Able to work under pressure on a tight deadline.
Requirement (posisi 4):
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in related field.
- Preferable having K3 Umum Certificate.
- Proven experience working as an HSE or in a similiar role, preferably in Migas Sector.
- Thorough understanding of HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Requirement (posisi 5):
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance in civil construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and regulations such as ASTM, ACI, ISO, SNI, or local building codes.
- Hands-on experience with QA/QC procedures for concrete, steel structures, soil, and other construction materials.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

- Minimum 5 years experience in building construction project.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, structures, M&E, architecture, and civil work.
- Project management & stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented & proactive in handling site challenges.
- Able to work under pressure on a tight deadline.

- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Experience in building construction project.
- Able to work under pressure on a tight deadline.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, modeling, and dimensioning.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
