LOKER HARI INI 5 MARET 2025 - PT. VinFast Automobile Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif, yang memproduksi mobil listrik. VinFast merupakan Perusahaan pertama di dunia yang sepenuhnya beralih ke penggerak listrik pada Januari 2022.

PT VinFast Automobile Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan dari VinFast Vietnam yang didirikan pada tahun 2017 di Haiphong. VinFast merupakan bagian dari Vingroup, salah satu perusahaan swasta terbesar di Vietnam.

VinFast menjadi merek mobil Vietnam pertama yang berekspansi ke pasar global. Terdapat Dealer yang tersebar di 13 negara bagian, seperti California, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Maryland, Indiana, Illinois, New York, Kansas, Connecticut, dan Kentucky

Sejarah didirikan PT VinFast Automobile Indonesia dimulai dari peletakan batu pertama dilakukan pada 15 Juli 2024 dengan luas 170 Hektar. Pabrik ini dibangun dengan investasi awal sekitar US$200 juta atau Rp3,23 triliun. Pabrik VinFast Automobile Indonesia direncanakan mulai beroperasi pada kuartal keempat tahun 2025.

Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya Pabrik VinFast Automobile Indonesia beralamat di Padaasih, Kec. Cibogo, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat 41285. Dengan luas pabrik 170 Hektar diharapkan dapat memproduksi hingga 50.000 kendaraan per tahun.

Requirement (posisi 1):

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Min. 10 years in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Well versed in SAP and ERP System and should have experience of SAP min 5 Years +.
Warehouse, order and People management experience.
Able to Read the inventory report.
Proficient in English and Indonesian language is the must requirement.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics.

Requirement (posisi 2):

Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Min. 5 years experience in control systems design and programming in an automotive or related industry.
Experience with PLC programming and automation hardware and software, such as Siemens.
Experience with robotics and machine vision systems is a plus.
Experience with a variety of automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and network infrastructure.
Strong technical reading and writing and documentation skills.
Technical knowledge and problem-solving
Language English & Indonesian (Read/Write/Speak).

Requirement (posisi 3):

Diploma in Chemical / Paint Technology and automotive technology.
Min. 5 years experience in quality control department management in factories in the automotive industry - preferably factory to paint car bodies, paint components such as for cars, paint plastic components for motorcycles.
Experience in testing and validation (short & long term properties) of all the paint shop direct materials such as PT chemicals, Sealers, ED & topcoat paints for both car body and plastic parts painting with relevant engineering standards are added advanced.
Exp. in lot inspection for PT chemicals, Sealers, ED & topcoat paints for both car body and plastic parts painting.
Exp. in painted body / plastic parts product quality characteristics (DFT, adhesion, gloss, color & EMT) validation.
Understanding of the production process of Automotive paint workshop and related processes: PFC, PFD, PFMEA, PCP, SOS/JES, STS/TIS. Understanding of the paint workshop quality control process and related processes: IPQS, CVIS, VCA, Quality alert, PPS, layer audit, feedback, feed forward, FTQ, CI. And Understand the various types of defects of the Automotive Paint shop and product validation standards for paints, chemicals & sealer materials.

Requirement (posisi 4):

High school graduated.
Experienced in painted surface inspection and identification of defects.
Having experience doing paint repair at factories or car garages is an advantage.
Experienced in using repair equipment and tools: paint spray guns, polishers, dryers, Sanders, grinders, operating robots.
Have knowledge about chemicals.
Have knowledge about fire prevention.

Requirement (posisi 5):

Bachelor's degrees in engineering and automotive technology.
Min. 2 years of experience in automotive painting/paint shop and automotive technology.
Experience in personnel arrangement, personnel management, KPI assessment, skills training for workers.
Experience in Implement the proposed production plan, manage quality at the production stage.
Experience in Management of machinery, consumables, and production tools.
Knowledge of car painting (metal & plastic parts and car paint workshop processes is an advantage.
Knowledge of process quality management.
Knowledge of lean production systems.

Requirement (posisi 6):

Bachelor's degrees in engineering and automotive technology.
Min. 10 years of experience in high volume manufacturing, preferably from automotive industry with strong background in paint shop production activities of car body/Plastic parts painting.
Understanding of the production process of Automotive paint workshop and related processes: PFC, PFD, PFMEA, PCP, SOS/JES, STS/TIS.
Understanding of paint shop quality control and related processes: IPQS, Quality alert, TIP report, PPS, layer audit, feedback, feed forward, DRR, etc.
Understand the types of defects of the paint shop: Different dirt's, crater, sanding mark, popping, thin paint, ED dripped.
Understanding of the security and safety control process: Hazardous Chemical and Dangerous Goods management, PPE management, Safety Observation Tour, Risk and impact assessment procedure.
Understand and be able to analyze OEE%, Downtime, Tack time, JPH, Line balancing, HPU data well.

Requirement (posisi 7):

Bachelor's Degree in engineering major in Mechanical / Chemical / Paint Technology / Automobile.
Min. 5+ years experience in Paint Process Engineering, its application methods, issues & countermeasures with domain knowledge of manufacturing processes at Paint Shops.
Exp. in process design considering capacity requirement, material flow and process requirement.
Work with 2D and 3D technical drawings to evaluate implementation feasibility.
Control technical changes, provide solutions for process planning, facility planning & setup.
Exp. working with contractors for Installations, tools, jig, equipment's and designing of painting jigs & sealer nozzles.
Industrial engineering experience - bottleneck identification & elimination by optimizing production line, line balancing, continuous improvement & cycle time reduction.
Exp. in coordinating and creating sound working relationships with production, maintenance, design department, purchase, suppliers and other cross functional departments as required in order to work together as one team for great outcomes for the business.
Exposure to software applications like AutoCAD, Teamcenter & CATIA etc.

Requirement (posisi 8):

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Automation / Mechanical major.
Min. 1-5 years experience in managing machinery and equipment in industrial factories/Automotive industries.
Experience in repairing and maintaining robots and electrical automation systems.
Experience in paint factory environment.
Able to Read technical and electrical drawings.
Using PLC, Scada software: Siemens, Mitsubishi, intouch, Schneider inverter, sew, sensor is an advantage.
Specialized knowledge of machinery maintenance, electromechanics, robots, paint factory systems.
Language English & Indonesian (Read/Write/Speak).

Bachelor's degree in electrical-electronics/automation/Mechanical.
Min. 3-7 years experience in managing machinery and equipment in automotive industries.
Experience in repairing and maintaining robots and electrical automation systems.
Able to Read & understand all types of technical and electrical drawings.
Able to Using PLC, Scada software: Siemens, Mitsubishi, intouch, Schneider inverter, sew, sensor is an advantage.
Knowledge in Programming / Teaching of ABB painting/LASD robots.

Diploma in Chemical / Paint Technology and automotive technology.
Min. 2 years experience in in quality control department management in factories in the automotive industry- preferably factory to paint car bodies, paint components such as for cars, paint plastic components for motorcycles.
Exp. Human resource management: arranging personnel, managing human resources, evaluating KPIs, training skills for workers.
Exp. in lot inspection for PT chemicals, Sealers, ED & topcoat paints for both car body and plastic parts painting.
Exp. in painted body / plastic parts product quality characteristics (DFT, adhesion, gloss, color & EMT) validation.
Knowledge of automotive paint, automotive paint workshop process is an advantage.
Knowledge of stage quality management.
Knowledge of lean production systems

Requirement (posisi 13):

Diploma in Chemical / Paint Technology and automotive technology.
Min. 10 years experience in the automotive industry with at least 5+ years of experience in quality control department - preferably from factory to paint car bodies or paint plastic components for cars / motorcycles.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and labor relations. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits management, including budgeting and payroll processing.
Experience in labor relations, conflict resolution, and advising on HR policies and procedures.
Proficient in HR systems and tools for managing employee data.
Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and expatriate visa/work permit requirements.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different divisions and provide support on HR-related matters.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's degrees in either business / administration management or supply chain.
Min. 2 years of experience working at a manufacturing company as office admin.
Having experience working at an automobile manufacturing company in the similar role becomes an advantage. 4. Have knowledge and experience in understanding of administrative operations, timekeeping, Over time / payment processing.
Proficient in using Microsoft office, IT applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Proficient in English and Indonesian language is the must requirement. knowing Vietnamese language is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in electrical-electronics/automation/Mechanical.
Min. 10 years experience in managing machineries and equipment's in a manufacturing factory with at least 5+ years work experience in automotive paint shop maintenance.
Experience in maintaining and repairing robots and electrical automation systems.
Experience in project work, project management, maintenance planning and budget management.
Know how to use technical English and read technical documents.
Able to Read & understand all types of technical and electrical drawings.
Able using PLC, SCADA software: Siemens, Mitsubishi, intouch, Schneider, Siemens VFD, SEW & sensors.

Experience in maintaining and repairing different types of conveyor systems, paint circulation pumps and utility equipment's.

Min. 2 years in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience in Warehouse and Forklift Driving.
Experience Min 1+ years working with SAP is a plus.
Able to Make an inventory import report.
Knowledge of export, import, and inventory of materials
Knowing how to use English is an advantage.
