Posisi:
1. MAINTENANCE & FACILITY SENIOR ENGINEER
2. STORE SUPERVISOR
3. HR TRAINER
4. ENGINEERING ENGINEER (MOLDING)
5. PRODUCTION ENGINEER (PAINTING)
Responsible (posisi 1):
Responsible to ensure that facilities, utilities, and equipment function in their intended life cycle (preventive maintenance). Build up resources to ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are operating both efficiently and safely.
Responsible (posisi 2):
Maintain receiving warehouse and distribution of incoming material & outgoing finished products on time; Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing & monitoring security procedures & protocols; Supervise & discipline store & log team to work according to SOP.
Responsible (posisi 3):
Conduct & arrange training needs; liaise with respective party to conduct internal and external training evaluate, briefing, prepare training program; monitor the training effectiveness.
Responsible (posisi 4):
Responsible for the hands on work needed to achieve the project objectives to ensure the project running smoothly. Provide technical leadership, interact with other departments to resolve problems that interfere with productivity.
Responsible (posisi 5):
Responsible for the hands-on work needed to achieve the project objective to ensure the project running smoothly. Demonstrate painting skill in term of program creation and technical leadership to resolve problems that interfere with productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma in technical engineering (1,5), Mechanical/electrical Engineering (4)
- Bachelor Degree in supply chain or industrial engineering (2)(5)
- Minimum of 5 years related experience (1), 1 year (2), 2 years (3,4,5)
- Experience maintain & repair automation machine/equipment (1)
- Experience in training & development (3)
- Minimum of 2 years in moulding manufacturing process (4)
- Able to interpret technical drawing, familiar with AutoCAD/ solid work is preferrable (4) -Familiar with 8D Report, FMEA, Technical Drawing Skill (5)
- Proficiency using Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint) (1,2,3,4,5)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
